We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
Following placement of your order, you will receive an Estimated Delivery Date on the Sales Order Confirmation. Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery post code and country. We will calculate this estimated date considering the total amount of time to process or manufacture your order and advise the estimated date of arrival.
Any special delivery requirements I.E opening times, vehicle restrictions or packaging requirements must be specified on your purchase order. If a delivery is turned away due to our packaging not meeting your requirements we may charge additionally for a re-delivery.
2.2 How many attempts will be made?
In the UK, the courier will make 2 delivery attempts. After the 2nd failed attempt at delivery we will try to contact the purchaser and failing this the package(s) are returned to our warehouse and we will await further notifications from the buyer. In the case that we need to issue a credit for your merchandise, we will deduct a re-stocking fee and failed delivery costs. If you would like to have the merchandise re-delivered, you will be responsible for the re-delivery fee.
Overseas, this will depend upon the policy of the local courier.
2.3 What am I responsible for upon delivery?
Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces prior to signing for receipt of the goods. If there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please take images and contact us in writing within 48 hours of your delivery.
Returns & Cancellations
3.1 Return Policy
We consider that our goods are of extremely high quality and as such, if any are found to be of defective manufacture or to differ in specification from those ordered then we are happy to replace them. Goods must be returned properly packaged and in the same condition they were received.
Refunds, if applicable, will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. A purchase made with a credit card: a refund will be issued to the original account. Please note delivery fees are not refundable once the order has shipped.
3.2 Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel or change your order being delivered by courier or by our van, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please note once your order has shipped, you will receive a full refund for the value of the merchandise only (including applicable tax); shipping and handling will not be refunded.
Where goods have been obtained specifically at your order and do not form a part of our standard stock, or where goods are cut down or altered at your specific request, we reserve the right to charge these in addition to delivery costs even upon cancellation.
